Please bring your referral, as well as any relevant medical records and test results, if you have them. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing or sportswear for the examination and treatment. Depending on the area of ​​the body being examined, you may need to remove certain items of clothing; therefore, it is best to choose clothing that allows easy access to the area in question. You do not need to bring your own towel.

We will schedule your follow-up appointments with you in person immediately after your initial appointment.

If you wish to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us by calling +49 (0) 234 59877117 or by emailing info@physiotherapie-am-musikforum.de. Please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a late cancellation or a missed appointment, a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the scheduled appointment will be charged in accordance with the treatment contract.

The duration of treatment depends on the specific service. You can find the relevant duration on our services page, listed alongside each treatment. Your initial appointment lasts 60 minutes to ensure there is sufficient time for a comprehensive assessment and treatment planning.

We place great importance on personal and continuous care. Therefore, as a rule, you will be treated by the same therapist throughout. In isolated cases, a change may be necessary due to vacation, illness, or staffing changes.

Whether and to what extent your private health insurance or civil service aid scheme covers the treatment costs depends on your specific plan and the applicable reimbursement terms. We therefore cannot guarantee full coverage of costs. Our prices are clearly listed on the services page. If you have questions regarding reimbursement, we recommend contacting your private health insurance provider or civil service aid office directly before starting treatment.
